It has been clear for a long time (since well before he was elected President in 2008) that Mr. Obama (and Mr. Biden as well) have both chosen to deny reality and their places in it. Now that Mr. Obama has decided to rip the Constitution to shreds with his executive plan for amnesty announced on 11/20/14, it’s time for me to put my two cents worth in about how to deal with him. I have posted variations of the following on Townhall.com, Twitchy.com, Western Journalism, and assorted other relatively conservative websites, and will continue to do so.
The only way to get rid of Mr. Obama (and Mr. Biden as an accessory) is to have the Speaker of the House, the incoming Senate Majority Leader, and the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, backed up by the Joint Chiefs, declare Mr. Obama and Mr. Biden incapacitated mentally and emotionally under the 25th Amendment, section 4, therefore unable (because unwilling) to execute their responsibilities under the Constitution.
Yes, this is a palace coup, and yes, it would set a potentially bad precedent, but if enough patriots swamped Congress with enough letters to make it clear we’ve had enough, it might stick. Much though conservatives don’t care for Mr. Boehner, he would make a much better president. Plus he’d be in a position to clear out all the Muslim Brotherhood and other nasty people helping Mr. Obama ruin the country from their cushy positions in the Executive Branch. If he doesn’t do the job, he will still be up for reelection in 2016. Oh, and if folks like Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi scream about this–as I’m sure they will–we should remind them they swore an oath to protect and defend the Constitution. Do they want us to prosecute them for violating that oath?
I’ve actually written about this scenario in my novel “The Second American Revolution.” Should anyone wish to check it out, go to my author page at amazon.com/author/theresaholmes.
I’ve gotten several positive responses and (so far) no negative responses. I don’t know what will happen with this initiative. I only know that I have to say something. What will be IS, and Time is the revelation of what IS to our wondering eyes. (I’ll explain that statement in a future post.)
